Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 420(STA)(efd                             
am) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed              
on final passage.  Senator Little objected.
